Conditions of Entry
- Entry instructions form part of these conditions.
- Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents, on 01/03/09, other than employees and their immediate families of the Promoter,
and its related companies and agencies associated with this promotion (each an "Eligible Person"). "Immediate family" means spouse, defacto
spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural, or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household
as the employee.
- Entry commences at 8am on 1/3/09 and closes at 5:00pm on 30/06/09 (both Sydney time) (the "Promotional Period")
- The draw will take place at 12:00pm on 13/07/09 at Hitachi Data Systems, North Ryde, Sydney
- Promoter’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Except with the written consent of the Promoter, the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter
has absolute discretion as to whether it will provide such consent and need not provide any reasons to any person for providing or withholding consent.
- The winner will be notified by mail on 15/07/09.
- To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties")
exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Person
arising out of or in any way connected with the Competition or its prize, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any
loss arising from or contributed to by negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
- Hitachi Data Systems Australia Pty Ltd ("HDS") respects your right to privacy and is committed to adhering to the principles set out in
Australian Data Privacy legislation. Entrant personal information ("PI") will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this
competition and its winner and, unless an entrant indicates otherwise, may be used to market its products to the entrant. The PI of the winner may
be provided to others assisting, including prize suppliers and deliverers, and to authorities that regulate this competition. If an entrant does
not truthfully provide all requested PI, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize. HDS will not disclose your PI to any
other third party organisation. You have the right to see what personal information HDS holds about you at any time and may do so by contacting
